Every child gets a plan built around them — never a template. Tap a card to see what sessions actually look like.
For late talkers, unclear speech, stammering, and children who understand more than they can say.
Songs, picture games and snack-time routines that sneak speech practice into play your child actually enjoys.
Hand skills, pencil grip, buttons and shoelaces, balance, attention and everyday independence.
Obstacle courses, clay, tongs-and-treasure games — hard work disguised as the best part of their week.
For children overwhelmed by sounds, touch or movement — or those who can't get enough of them.
Swings, textures and our sensory garden, graded gently so your child's nervous system learns to feel safe.
For babies and toddlers behind on milestones — the earlier we start, the further small steps go.
Floor-time play with you alongside, so every game becomes a routine you can repeat at home.
Positive, practical support for big feelings, meltdowns and tricky transitions — never punishment.
We find the "why" behind the behaviour first, then teach calmer ways to ask, wait and cope.
Clear developmental answers when you're worried, and honest guidance on what to do next.
Structured play-based assessment, then a plain-language report and a plan you actually understand.
About Tiny Bubbles
Tiny Bubbles is a holistic child development centre in Dapodi, Pune — run as a department of Dr Sumit Bhatti's ENT Clinic, so hearing, speech and development are looked at together, not in silos.
We keep it simple: play is the therapy, parents are partners, and you always get honest answers — even when the answer is "your child just needs time."
Your first visit
Message or call us — tell us what's worrying you in your own words. No forms, no jargon.
A relaxed first session. We play with your child and listen to you. No pressure, no labels.
Honest answers and next steps you understand — or the reassurance that all is well.
For parents
The questions we hear every day — answered honestly, without scare tactics.
A short wait is sometimes fine — but an assessment costs you nothing but an hour, and waiting costs months you can't get back. Come in; if your child just needs time, we'll tell you so honestly.
No. Many families come to us with nothing more than a worry. An assessment is often the first thing we do — and as an ENT Clinic department, we can check hearing in-house too.
Please do — we insist, especially at the start. You learn the games, take them home, and progress compounds between sessions.
Honestly: it depends on the child. You'll get a realistic timeline after the first assessment, and regular reviews so you're never guessing.
Mostly 0–10 years — babies in early intervention through to school-age children working on speech, handwriting, attention and social skills.
We're open Monday to Saturday. Timings and fees depend on the program your child needs — message us on WhatsApp and we'll share everything plainly, no packages pushed.
